By using Stream4U, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
Stream4U provides a generic subscription and activation-delivery platform for licensed streaming services. We are not responsible for creating or hosting the content itself; we facilitate access via authorized licenses.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Billing & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions are one-time purchases for the selected duration and do not auto-renew. You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice details after purchase.
4. Delivery of Service
After purchase, your activation details will be provided in your dashboard. Our auto-provisioning system will attempt to set up your account automatically. If manual intervention is required, our team will process your order within 24 hours.
5. Limitation of Liability
Stream4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.
